The 33-year-old’s royal career started with typically messy ‘Sloaney’ hair. Later, as her 20s wore on, she favoured effortless curls, often brushed over to one side of her face.

More recently, she has adopted a more polished look, although her glossy, bouncy, curled locks remain in place. Speaking about the Duchess’ evolving hairstyle, Sam Burnett, session stylist and founder of Hare & Bone in Fitzrovia, London, said:
